We are taught the golden rule in school; treat others the way you wish to be treated.  While that’s a great rule, let’s turn it around.   You should treat YOURSELF the way you would treat others.

Be kind, compassionate, and patient with yourself.  

3 Lil’ Things Awesomeness Journal is designed to help you change the way you think   Take a couple of minutes a day to write 3 awesome things about yourself.  It can be awesome things you did or said, it can be a trait or accomplishment.   

In the Awesomeness Journal there are also a bunch of journaling prompts written for self-esteem and a checklist of things you can do to feel as awesome as you are!
